The garlic season is here and Christopher Ranch, U.S. fresh garlic grower, producer and packer, is excited to celebrate this year’s bumper crop with you! Sample garlic ice-cream, make your own garlic braid, tour the ranch to see how fresh garlic is roasted and peeled, and network with local Pacific Northwest food industry professionals!

You don’t want to miss out on this exciting RCA regional event! This event is just one day before the official Gilroy Garlic Festival and the PMA Foodservice Conference in Monterey, so there are plenty of reasons to be on the central coast of California that weekend!

Door Prizes will include free tickets to the Gilroy Garlic Festival –compliments of Christopher Ranch, copies of the Garlic Festival cookbook and autographed copies of the book Garlic Kisses, by Chester Aaron, famous California writer and garlic grower.

Networking: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm – Group tours of the Ranch taking place at this time
Catered Buffet Dinner: 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
