Southeastern Region, January 2008"State of the Poultry Industry and a Taste of Southeastern Regional Cuisine" 10/17/2008 Packforum® Americas Innovation & Learning Center, Atlanta, GA RCA’s Southeastern Regional event, "State of the Poultry Industry and a Taste of Southeastern Regional Cuisine," was held at PackForum Americas (Cryovac) in Atlanta, Ga. in January. The program included a distinguished panel moderated by Larry Eisenberg of Wayne Farms that discussed the many facets affecting today's poultry industry. The event also included networking with food industry professionals and dishes created by members in the Southeastern region.
